**Directions:** Add one cup to your next bath and feel the difference! Soak for 20 minutes minimum. The longer the better! Safe for children: Use 1/4 cup for children’s baths. Can also be used as a concentrated foot detox: 1.5 cups into a bowl large enough to fit your feet, add enough water to fully submerge feet, soak for 30 minutes.
